Warner Bros' Sue Kroll Says "Inherent Vice" Is A Masterpiece


"You're gonna love it. It's the most wonderful movie," says Kroll. "So entertaining, so smart, so fun. I think [it's] different for him but it's a masterpiece. I love it - I think it's my favorite movie of his except Magnolia."

I don't know about all of you, but I think a trailer is way over due.  I mean, we don't even have a movie poster or official stills, but I expect we shall see those this fall when it hopefully premiers at NYFF. CigsandRedVines has an article saying that it is rumored Vice will debut there.  Wouldn't it be awesome if we also got it at TIFF and Venice as well?

I agree! Been waiting for a teaser/trailer for ageeeees!  But, as we know with The Master... Paul Thomas Anderson does great promotions build up to his movie releases, so when the teasers and trailers do arrive they will be epic i'm sure.

Keep an eye on this domain, because that is one that Warner Bros have bought to promote the movie, hopefully it will be active soon!

You're welcome.  I need to find a way to get my butt up to New York this October.  I don't want to wait until January to be able to see this.  It should have been out months ago and I should already be enjoying and screencapping the blu ray/DVD.

That would be totally groovy, let me check the prices on flights and hotels, etc.  We also should wait until the tickets actually go on sale to see if we can get our hands on some.  I believe September 7 is the date they go on sale to the public according to Filmlinc.
